At Film Art Poster, we are committed to delivering your order with the utmost care and efficiency. All prints are carefully rolled, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and shipped in heavy-duty Kraft tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holiday periods, or limited-edition drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping (Domestic): Free on all orders over . Flat rate of .99 for orders under . Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

Expedited Shipping (Domestic): .99 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our store.

Customs & Duties

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund after 15 business days from the last tracking update.
