At Film Art Poster, we are committed to delivering your order with the utmost care and efficiency. All prints are carefully rolled, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and shipped in heavy-duty Kraft tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, holiday periods, or limited-edition drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00 for all orders. Estimated delivery: 6-8 business days worldwide.

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our store or visiting our Track Order page.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a trace with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund after 15 business days from the last tracking update.
