We stand behind the quality of every print. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all protective materials.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, prints must be unused, unmarked, and returned in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at Support@filmartposter.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or print, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your preferred print.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Limited-edition prints, custom orders, and sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after delivery to our facility. Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
