At Film Art Poster, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all protective materials
- Free from any damage, marks, or wear caused by the customer
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (additional 3-5 business days)
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom orders or personalized prints
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Limited-edition prints (unless damaged in transit)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
